I Forgive Me

I forgive me.
Maybe you can't do that right now
But I can, and I will
You probably have someone more important
to forgive right now
Someone else who hurt you
Or maybe just yourself

If you'd like me to forgive you
I will
If you want me to just listen
I will
And if you want me to just go away
I will do that, too

But maybe you just need to hear
someone else say it
so that you can become brave enough
to say it yourself

I forgive me.
