Caught up

Well, yesterday at work, I got ALL the filing done, am caught up on the Big Project, got about half of someone else’s error corrected, and spent some time trying to be out of the spotlight so I could take a break. When I got home, my sweetie and I talked about integrating her supplement needs into the household budget, and we did… with me forgetting that she had to go to class with Mortir. She managed to disengage herself soon enough to be on time, and we finished the job anyhow.

Mortir kept her a bit too long again, but he fed her dinner — and she called him to express her concerns about the menu, which originally was high-fat, and got her needs met. She’s doing such a good job of learning to – and how to – take care of herself.

Couldn’t wake up this morning. Just couldn’t. Still wanna be in bed, and I only have about 15 minutes before I have to be out the door. Also didn’t practice any yesterday, and the concert is coming up on the 28th. Ah well. Tomorrow is another day.

Congrats on getting so much done at work. It sounds like some things are starting to come around. I hope that it continues to get better for you both. Sorry about the sleep deprivation. I can relate. Ugh!

@Broom_Service – Only problem now is that I’m all caught up, and there’s not that much work coming in. The boss is too busy to think of and train me on something else. So I just sit here warming the front desk and helping people as they come in. It’s important, but not $7.25 per hour important and I feel useless. I could play some Minesweeper or something but am afraid of what might happen if I get caught doing so.  On the other hand, I’m sure it has been months since the filing has been caught up, and the phone logs have NEVER been caught up before, so they might cut me a break.

Mortir made a mistake I ended up having to buy chicken taccos at taco bell was torn between that and Subway. Overall I got my needs met. an issue that I am having is comming home and then having to go straight to bed because honey has to get up in the AM. Starting to realize how important it is to have some wind down time after being gone out of the house even if it is for 3 hrs or 8 hrs still need to have that time to adjust back to “home” life. We have made huge strides as far as us being together full time and in the future. Bank account, budgeting, everything is “together” not too much of this is now his and mine or mine and yours anymore it is ours. Big step for the two of us. I did not have a joint account with my now ex husband. So having a joint account now is still a tad scary we have had it for about 6mos now, but I know Moss is a wonderful man that does not want to have either one of us be taken advantage of. Hugs and Blessed be
